It is a revolutionary new tool for pastors, missions organizations, missionaries, and national leaders in foreign Countries. The IC consists of professionally recorded training sessions and curriculum taught by mature Christian leaders in many of the World’s major languages. Since all of the material was developed in a bilingual format new languages can be added easily. The IC covers a wide variety of subjects...
Children's Church
Our Children’s Church is called Kids On The Move and is directed by Debbie Spikes. KOTM meets Sunday mornings during the 10am service in the church basement. This is for children grades Pre K–6. The children are dismissed from the sanctuary every week after praise and worship, with the exception of "Friendship Sunday", which is the last Sunday of the month. On "Friendship Sunday" the children are encouraged to bring a friend to church and are brought directly to their classes upon arrival at church.
Nursery
The Nursery is available during the 10am service only under the direction of Lisa Cordero. Our nursery provides services for children ages 0 – 4 years old. The rooms are divided into "Cribs", "Creepers" and "Crawlers". A private area is available for nursing mothers as well.
Velocity Youth Ministries
It is the heart of this ministry to disciple and teach youth how to obtain and maintain a fulfilling relationship with God. By providing an atmosphere where the youth are safe, comfortable and nurtured by a solid leadership team we can then train, equip and help them discover who God has called them to be.
Elijah's Pantry
We have an emergency food pantry available to assist those in need in our community. Our supply is dependent upon donations from our congregation and from our community. We are always accepting non-perishable items as well as meat that can be stored in our freezers. Our pantry is rotated and cleaned by volunteers on a weekly basis. We also prepare meal baskets during the holiday seasons for families in need.
Women's Ministry
Full Gospel Christian Center has a wonderful Women's Ministry called Daughters of the King (DOK) because that is who we are – daughters of the King of Kings! He tells us so clearly in 2 Corinthians 6:18 tells us, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” We meet once a month, usually on a Saturday morning to spend time together fellowshipping over a meal like a themed brunch, tea time or luncheon.
Men's Ministry
We believe that godly men are at the foundation of an effective church, a healthy family, and a righteous society. It is our desire to help develop men into the unashamed, committed, selfless leaders our world desperately needs. We understand the importance of godly friendships and accountability, opportunities for service, as well as recreation and encouragement in giving men the desire, wisdom, and strength to be men of God, and we work hard to develop those within our men's ministry.
Music Ministry
"Make a joyful shout to the Lord all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving. And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him and bless His Name."
(Psalm 100:1,2 and 4) NKJ
Tambourine/Dance Ministry
The vision of this ministry is to glorify God by offering our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to Him, according to Romans 12:1, through the vehicle of Davidic worship, that the anointing of God the Holy Spirit would move on us and the Body of Christ to bring deliverance, healing, warfare, unity and evangelism.
Missions & Evangelism
One of our core values is world evangelism and relevant outreach to those in need. If you are a part of Full Gospel Christian Center, then you know that your prayers and financial support are making a world of difference in the lives of people both near and far. By supporting these missionaries and organizations, we are accomplishing much more together than we ever could alone.
LifeNet Groups
LifeNet Groups – These are smaller more intimate groups that are held in people’s homes throughout Suffolk County. Each group has a leader who runs the meetings and follows a curriculum that is chosen by Pastor Knapp. This is a great opportunity to meet up with fellow believers and study the Word together and at the same time, establish relationships outside of our Sunday services.
