Black Cloud
There was a black cloud
Which hung over me
What a terrible way to exist
That cloud has been lifted
The light shines through
Heaven is there
God holds a place just for you
The Lord reached out his hand
And said come to me
You are my child
You repented your sins
The book of life
I have put your name in
Come and see
What a glorious life
You will have when it is your turn
But until that day
Keep my ways
Speak the words of the Lord
Let the river flow through you
Others will see
A new life in you
And will want what you have
It is the Lord who put the Holy Spirit in you
Trust in the Jesus
He is the way and he is the light
Through him we have the promise
Of eternal life with God above
Oh how we praise and worship You
